The energy-releasing movements and breathwork exercises at the beginning help the body and mind to down-regulate so that you can really relax, rebalance, and reassess during the longer restorative poses. There are so many wonderful tools to experience andJess, a trauma-informed yoga teacher with a wealth of knowledge brings her insight into this area of wellbeing. This workshop will have a mix of styles of gentle yoga, breathwork, and energy-releasing movements; using props, sensory tools, self-massage, inspirational quotes &amp; guided meditation, ending with longer restorative poses.All levels are welcome.
