Many of our bodies are not built for this kind of stress and over time having your nervous system so stressed out can lead to more serious health issues both physical and mental! By simply choosing to prioritize your body and its well-being, one can see big shifts in their life!

Join Love every Sunday for a dose relaxation and peacefulness! Love will guide you through a mix of grounding, releasing, and restoring exercises to physically release stress from your body (nothing too intense). Then we'll go into deep relaxation mode as Love guides everyone in a psychically channeled meditation that is different each class. Whilst leading the meditation, Love will walk around delivering gentle reiki to each participant wrapping you in a cocoon of bliss. You'll leave the meditation feeling centered, grounded, and in harmony with your body.
