DesktopOne Transition Sessions (Perth-based staff) 9am session

Important: You must complete your Pre-transition Checklist, including setting up your MFA, before attending your session.

How long will it take?

Your DesktopOne transition session is between 9am - 11am.

At the session you will hand in your current windows10 device and it will be swapped over for the same model, prepared with DesktopOne (windows11).

During the session the team will assist you with logging into the device, guide you through the set up checklist and ready to download software.

Once you have left your transition session, you will continue to download and set up your device and be provided with onsite and online support.

What do I need to bring?

Please bring with you your current device, and your mobile device that you have set up your Multi-Factor Authenticator (MFA) on.

Where do I go?

This event caters for both Perth Regional Office, Perth Airport and the Fremantle Office locations. The local RSM will identify where you are located and attend onsite on the date and time specified.
