When was the last time your team had a discussion about testing your software with a blind user? Was your answer never? You may be surprised to learn that as of 2008, more visually impaired people lived in the US alone than the entire individual populations of Canada, Italy, and Mexico.
Every product experience hinges on accessible design.
In this talk, you'll hear from visually impaired app users firsthand. Join Jordan Dunn, a Senior Product Designer at WillowTree, as he teaches you accessibility principles and provides helpful resources to include in your own design process. You'll also see examples of accessibility in apps like Lyft, Reddit, Facebook, and Instagram.
