Bring your own design ideas to this stained glass mosaic class! You'll learn how to sketch your design on paper, cut glass, and finish your project with grout once your glue is dried.
All tools and materials provided. This class is at your own pace, it's possible you may finish early and you are welcome to stay longer. You can also pre-draw your design before class to save the time for assembling your project. When designing your own image to fill with mosaic glass, try to keep spaces wider than a pinky finger width. Letters can be a challenge when they are small. Coloring pages can be a great source of inspiration as well.
This class is for an 8x10" framed mosaic. You may also buy up to an 11x11 or 11x17 inch frame by selecting the size from the add-on ticket options. Larger projects usually mean more time. If you need additional time to complete any of your projects, you are always welcome to work during Open Studio Time at no additional charge.
We will be working with sharp, cut glass. Safety glasses are provided. You may wish to bring your own gloves, such as gardening gloves. Covered beverages are allowed. A signed liability waiver is required to participate in this class.
