Do you think Design Thinking is only for designers, strategists, or people born to innovate? We believe everyone can acquire Design Thinking skills through a “learn by doing” approach to training. Join Smart Design for a one day workshop facilitated by experts in the fields of user-centered strategy and design. Using proprietary methodologies and activities, our specialists will guide you end-to-end through the Design Thinking process.

Facilitators
Richard Whitehall is the Managing Partner at Smart Design, and an innovation lead across several of our key initiatives in mobility, health and wellness. One of our champions of inclusive design, he’s constantly looking for new ways that design and technology can make a difference to organizations and people. Having received numerous awards for his work, including IDEA Gold and D&AD Product Design, Richard trained in mechanical engineering and practiced as a product designer in the UK and Japan. 
 
Brandy Fowler is a Strategy Director at Smart Design who marries the worlds of user-centered design with business design. She has over twelve years of experience helping Fortune 500 clients develop compelling new offerings through utilizing Design Thinking methods. In addition, she has led programs to help companies grow their own Design Thinking capabilities through adopting new processes and utilizing new methods for concept development and implementation.
