AIA Santa Barbara

A panel of previous Design Awards Recipients will present best practices for how to submit entries to AIA Santa Barbara 2021 Design Awards. A 2030 Commitment expert will also talk about highlighting sustainability aspects of the project.1 LULearning Objectives:<ol><li>Attendees will learn what makes the best photographs to present the project in the finest light and perspective. </li><li>Attendees will learn about the different categories and how to select the most appropriate category to enter your submittal. </li><li>Attendees will learn requirements for submittals and how to demonstrate clarity of idea, process and execution through a combination of text, diagrams, drawings, photographs, and other illustrative materials.</li><li>Attendees will learn about the Common App and how to highlight aspects of the project to show adherence to the Common App</li></ol>
