The Original Desert Sounds- Sound Bath with overnight campout option

Join us and Enjoy outdoor space filled with good vibrations and sound. Here, in the heart of the dessert, you can find peace and solitude. You can also choose between 2 options : Outdoor Sound Bath with guided meditation or Overnight Camping with food, fire, breathwork and more.

I 'll be playing 6 big gongs, gong plates and smaller gongs - 12 gongs total , plus Himalayan singing bowls, flow chimes, wind chimes, drum, rattles, water rattles, shakers, wands, tuning forks etc.

THIS IS OUTDOORS 0vernight event with 2 options of your choice.

1. Sound Bath ticket ( Sat. 8:00 pm- 11pm) :

2 . Overnight Campout Experience (Sat 8pm- Sunday morning):

- Guided Meditation

- 1,5h Sound Bath

- Fire circle

Time: Sat.8:00 pm - Sun 8:30 am

WHAT TO EXPECT:

- We will start with a grounding GUIDED MEDITATION practice

- Next we will lie down for 1,5h sound Bath.

Participants who bought Sound Bath tickets can stay and sit by the fire to share the experience, or are free to hit the road back at this point.

If you are staying for Overnight Experience :

- We will chat a little by the fire

- We will eat some homemade organic Vegan warm meal together

- We will lie down again for longer guided visualization. No experience needed.

- I will play another Gong Bath

- You can fall asleep by the fire during the Sound Session or go to your tent after I finish playing. Usually everyone decides to sleep by the fire with the rest of the group. The sky looks amazing at this location, you are able to see the milky way. You are free to choose the most comfortable option for yourself :)

SOUND BATH / GONG BATH

Gong Bath is a sound sound immersion. It is an excellent therapy for stress related issues, depression, fatigue, sleeping disorders, anger, feelings of fear, separation and loneliness, along with many other conditions related to the lack of balance and harmony in the body. Chimes are used for relaxation and healing sessions, meditation, music-therapy, perinatal care, as well as in educational work with children and adults.

Tibetan Singing Bowls have been used for centuries for healing and meditation purposes. They create a range of sounds to restore the normal vibratory frequencies of diseased and out-of-harmony parts of the body, mind and soul. Therapeutic singing bowls are bowls designed specifically for Vibrational Sound Therapy.

GUIDED MEDITATION / GUIDED VISUALIZATION

N O EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. All you need to do is to lie down, close your eyes, relax and listen to my guidance.

HOW TO PREPARE:

Please arrive at least 15 - 20 min earlier to set up your mat for the Sound bath or around 8 to set up a tent if you're doing the campout.

1. park the car in designated area

It's a 1 minute walk.

2. Temperature Forecast for that night is 76F.

Please dress warm and comfortable.

3. For the sound Bath please bring

- mat

- blankets or sleeping bag

- pillows to feel as comfortable as you need.

4. Bring and drink lots of water.

5. One warm Vegan meal is included. Please let us know about any allergies in advance

5. NO meditation or breathwork experience is required.

6. Registration is mandatory to participate and get directions

7. Exact directions and place will be given by email few days before the event.

9. Please don't bring fur or any animal derived food to the event, this is a cruelty free space, we care a lot about human and nonhuman animals, as well as the environment and Mother Earth.

10. Respect the space we're creating together. Leave no trace.
