What happens if I can't make the event and I've already purchased a ticket?

If you notify us at least 10 days prior to the event date, we can issue a refund for the ticket cost, excluding the non-refundable deposit. If cancellation occurs within 10 days of the event date, we will provide you with credit for the ticket, applicable towards our next full day retreat.
