Important Information:
*Booth price includes Park Permit Fee. *Electricity is on a first come first serve basis
Food vendors must obtain a Food Permit from the City of Denton ($50).

Event Date
Friday, June 14 – Park accessible for setup at 3 p.m. and ready for inspection by 5 p.m.
Saturday, June 15 – Park accessible for setup at 8 a.m. and ready for inspection by 10 a.m.
Deadlines/Cancellations/Payments:
Reservation for Vendor space must be secured with payment by June 6, 2024. The Denton Juneteenth Committee must be notified of any cancellations by June 1, 2024 to receive a partial refund of 90%. Food permits are non-refundable. All payments made after the cancellation deadline are non-refundable. No refunds due to Vendor inability to attend or weather conditions.

Credit Card payments will incur a 5% processing fee and Vendor must contact the Committee for processing.
