The process of journaling can be hard! It invites us to dive deeper into ourselves, and requires vulnerability and safety. However, the process of journaling can also be cathartic and freeing. Do you wish you could become more comfortable with journaling? Do you want easy prompts and tips that help you incorporate journaling into your everyday life? Are you looking for a guided practice to help you feel better about journaling?This workshop gives participants a chance to discuss journaling—including your challenges, fears, and hopes—and practice journaling in a safe and welcoming space. Our workshop leaders will lead you through prompts, activities, and group discussions to help you become more comfortable and confident with journaling. Housed in the warm and welcoming walls of Femme Fatale DC, you will walk into a relaxed environment, greeted with a cup of tea, and invited to take time to write and get to know yourself—and the world around you—better.Each ticket includes a cup of tea from a local vendor, a personalized experience, and a takeaway sheet created by the hosts. We hope you take this journey with us.
