CoreLife Eatery serves healthy, taste salads, soups, and grain bowls in a dynamic, casual dining environment. We bring in fresh produce and other ingredients six days per week and prepare food daily in our scratch kitchen. You can watch your food being prepared in front of you and know that everything is prepared without the use of freezers, fryers, or microwaves. All our food is non-GMO, and we have a wide variety of vegan, vegetarian, and meat options. Almost entirely gluten-free, we also provide great options for people with various food allergies or sensitivities.

Learn how to support your body&#x27;s natural ability to detox to look and feel your best, all year long—without the juices, liver cleanses, powders, deprivation, or crash diets. You will learn specifically which body systems are related to detoxification, how they function, and how to best support your ability to detox using nutrition, self-care techniques, targeted supplementation, and non-toxic living. The instructor for this class is Taylor Deitrick. Taylor is a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and Restorative Wellness Practitioner in the Art and Science of Gastrointestinal Healing. Taylor empowers her clients to get to the root cause of their digestive issues while also focusing on improving their relationship with food, their body, and their mind. Everyone is welcome to attend this event. All you need is a pen, paper, and positive energy!This event is free, but we have a relatively small space, so participation is limited, and tickets are required. Participants will receive a 25% discount on lunch following the class!
