Delta Authors on Tour – Farwest Region

Join us for a powerful afternoon of storytelling, culture, and connection as we celebrate Black literature and the voices behind it. Centered around the theme, “Turning the Pages: Stories of Resilience and Hope,” this event will uplift narratives that reflect perseverance, healing, and empowerment within our communities.

This FREE community event will feature:

  • Book signings and meet-and-greets
  • Meaningful discussions highlighting stories that inspire
  • Live music and spoken word
  • Light hors d’oeuvres will be served

You'll meet eight dynamic authors whose work spans genres such as Children’s Fiction, Poetry, Self-Help, Religious, Women’s Fiction, and Sci-Fi/Mystery—each one shaping the narrative of our communities in unique and impactful ways.

About Delta Authors on Tour

Delta Authors on Tour is a signature initiative of the National Arts & Letters Commission, showcasing the literary talents of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. members. Celebrating its 10th anniversary, this event highlights the work of more than 300 Delta authors across various genres, including fiction, nonfiction, poetry, and children's literature. Delta Sigma Theta proudly champions African American literature and supports its members in their writing endeavors.
