Most managers who struggle to delegate aren't lazy or controlling - they just haven't been given a practical framework for doing it well. This session changes that, giving you the tools to hand work over with confidence, set expectations clearly, and stay appropriately across things without hovering over everyone's shoulder.

You'll work through delegation frameworks that help you decide what to delegate and to whom, learn how to match tasks to people's strengths, and develop the habit of staying accountable without slipping into micromanagement.
