Can my friends come to watch?

Yes, of course. Everyone is welcome in our space to support this fun, inclusive event.

Are there judges?

Yes! Members of our community have volunteered their time to hold the standard and help each event run smoothly.

Question 3

Is there a leaderboard?

Accepted Answer

Yes, but scores won’t be tallied until the end of the event. We’ll share our top teams on social media and via email.

Question 4

Is CrossFit experience necessary?

Accepted Answer

It’s not, but it’s definitely helpful. If you’d like to participate, but don’t have barbell experience, we recommend signing up for either the Scaled or Just For Fun division.

If I’m solo, can you help me find a friend?

Yes! Reach out to chandler@defined.training, and we will make sure you have a buddy.
