Defensive Tactics for Health and Human Services Module 2

Module 2 Violence Response. This 4 hour course covers how to develop a mindset, toolset and skillset of hands-on defensive tactics on the job. Topics include dealing with edged/sharp weapons, grabs, striking, unwanted physical contact and more. This course is specifically designed for health and human services, social workers, in home care nurses, those who provide services to the public in this realm and all related fields. Participants must have taken Module 1 within the last year to take this course.
