When I talk to people who are in the early stages of contemplating leaving student affairs and higher education, many of the same words surface in our conversations: “overwhelming,” “intimidating,” and “complicated” come to mind. A little bit at a time.Defectober is a monthlong program designed to get you thinking, moving, and working toward about your Defector journey - bit by bit - with five weeks of daily activities designed to help propel your pivot in a prepared and productive direction.
