The DEFCON Cloud Hacking CTF brings together challenges of real-world exploitation across multiple clouds in a competitive environment.</p><p>Rishi Malik and Brad Smith from team Eye-o will be talking about their training, preparation, efforts, and some of the specific challenges that led them to competing and winning the 2021 Cloud Hacking CTF.&quot;</p><p></p><h3>Bio:</h3><p><em>Rishi Malik is an entrepreneur, engineering leader, consultant and engineer. Having built companies, systems, hardware and software, he looks at security through the lens of business and engineering.</em></p><p><em>He&#x27;s currently VP of Platform Engineering for a well known point-of-sale company, and stays active in the early-stage startup community as an investor and advisor.</em></p><p><em>As a graduate of the Colorado School of Mines and a Denver native, you can usually find him outdoors running, hiking, or just enjoying the Colorado sunshine.</em></p><p></p><p><em>Bradley Smith is a Director of Infrastructure and resides in Denver, Colorado.
</em></p><p><em>He has been an engineer for more than 20 years at many startups and businesses of varying sizes.
</em></p><p><em>He&#x27;s built and trained numerous DevOps, SRE, and software engineering teams.
</em></p><p><em>A Boston native, Bradley graduated from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.&quot;</em></p>
