If you have a favorite yoga mat, bolster, blanket, or towel please feel free to bring it! We provide eye pillows, mats, and blankets. A notebook and pen are also encouraged!

Will this include yoga movement or exercise?

No, we will be sitting in chairs for the lecture and then laying down on mats with support for the practice.

Comfort is key! Loose fitting, soft clothing is encouraged but not required.

Is this appropriate for insomnia?

Yes, Yoga Nidra may benefit insomnia by allowing an additional rest period in your day and/or as a gentle mental activity to do before bed.
