Deep Stretch Yoga

Shawna is known for creating a safe space for others to journey deep beneath their layers.  She is an Empowerment Coach, Breathwork Facilitator, Reiki Master-Teacher and Yoga Instructor, teaching empowerment through embodiment practices.  As a transformation guide to individuals ready for change, Shawna uses her innovative healing methods to help people get out of their head and into their body — so they can tap into their deepest desires, find clarity, and start living the life they really want.  She offers both in-person and virtual classes and events throughout North County San Diego.

Gather Encinitas

A deeply relaxing and restorative experience using a hybrid of deep stretch and yin yoga. At the core of our session you&#x27;ll experience gently, but deep release postures and movement. You&#x27;ll leave feeling calm, lighter, refreshed and connected to your body.NOTE: Bring a mat and water! Blocks are optional.Parking is street only (please do not park in the Gather spots). Walk through the open gate to enter the class.Please wear your mask until you are seated on your mat.A blanket and bolster will be available to use.
