Deep Mobility & Stretch Flow is a 60-minute guided session combining mobility drills, intentional stretching, and breathwork to help you:
- release tension in hips, hamstrings, low back, chest, and shoulders
- improve range of motion and posture
- reduce stress and calm your nervous system
- feel lighter, looser, and more grounded
This is a small-group experience (max 5) so you’ll receive personalized guidance and safe modifications. Perfect if you sit a lot, train hard, feel stiff, carry stress in your shoulders/neck, or want a consistent self-care practice.
No flexibility required. We move slowly and intentionally with options for every level.
