<p>In our Rest Circle, we will gather together for a 15-minute grounding meditation, inviting our bodies, minds, and souls into a more restful place. Then through journaling questions, and the option to share in the circle, you will explore what deep rest means to you. You will walk away from this class not only feeling more rested, but also with a personalized Rest Recipe to take home with you. </p>
