This is a space to slow down, settle in, and loosen what’s been held in the body.
In this 75-minute session, we use the breath as a tool…a steady, rhythmic sweep through the body. Like a broom, it moves through the tight places, the noise, the layers that have quietly piled up. Not to force anything out, but to make space.
Space for clarity.
Space for ease.
Space to feel like yourself again.
This is a somatic practice, which means we’re working with the body…not trying to think our way through it. The breath helps shift what words often can’t reach.
What to Expect
You’ll be guided through a simple, intentional breathing pattern designed to support your nervous system while gently stirring what’s ready to move.
There will be music, periods of guidance, and time to be with your experience. Some people feel sensation in the body, emotional release, or a sense of lightness. Others just rest more deeply than they have in a while.
There’s no right way to experience it.
Your Experience, Your Pace
You can soften the breath, pause, change position, or step out at any time. This is not about pushing, it’s about listening.
What to Bring
Water
A blanket or layers for comfort
Anything that helps you feel supported (pillow, mat, etc.)
Health Considerations

Pregnancy
Epilepsy or seizure disorders
Recent heart conditions or stroke
Uncontrolled high blood pressure
History of psychosis
Must be 18+ to attend
