Rejuvenating the Physical body through ‘Liminal Movement’, and by using Taoist techniques to identify and infuse vitality into the heart, lungs and abdominal organs.
Spiritual
Through discussion and practices, we introduce a greater Awareness of our understanding and experience of the Vastness within ourselves.
Please arrive at 1:45pm for a 2:00pm start, please also bring a cushion and a blanket to make yourself comfortable in the hall.
