Join 2023 Winter SOLSTICE Thought Artist, Deb Todd Wheeler for a deep listening tour of the Mount Auburn grounds.

At this solstice moment, the earth's tilt toward the sun reaches its peak, and we celebrate the end of New England springtime energy with a much needed pause. This session aims to nourish our ears, and invite our bodies to soak in the sounds of the solstice’s mix: bird calls, car horns, our own thoughts, trees in the wind. Drawing from the work of sound composer Pauline Oliveros, this session will engage in a series of Deep Listening exercises to prepare the body for walking and listening.
