The NVIDIA Deep Learning Institute (DLI) and Graduate School of Informatics, Middle East Technical University (METU ),IEEE Atilim are excited to deliver a hands-on deep learning workshop at Atilim University on 16th February 2019 Saturday exclusively for verifiable academic students, staff, and researchers.

In this full-day workshop, you’ll learn the basics of deep learning by training and deploying neural networks.

You’ll learn how to:

● Implement common deep learning workflows, such as image classification and object detection.

● Experiment with data, training parameters, network structure, and other strategies to increase performance and capability.

● Deploy your neural networks to start solving real-world problems.

Upon completion, you’ll be able to start solving problems on your own with deep learning.

This workshop is meant for developers, data scientists, and researchers with a basic understanding of deep learning concepts.

1. You must bring your own laptop in order to run the training.

2. A current browser is needed. For optimal performance, Chrome, Firefox or Safari for Macs are recommended. IE is operational but does not provide the best performance.

4. Ensure your laptop will run smoothly by going to http://websocketstest.com/

Make sure that WebSockets work for you by seeing under Environment, WebSockets is supported and Data Receive, Send and Echo Test all check Yes under WebSockets (Port 80). If there are issues with WebSockets, try updating your browser.
