In a moment defined by uncertainty, pressure, and rapid change, how do we lead with intention? 

Comotion will be hosting several workshops on our 5P framework for social change at WD2026. 

Join us from 28-30 April in the Leadership Lounge, Room 2028!

This Women Deliver session is a deep dive to follow our <a href="https://www.eventbrite.com/e/1986525580487?aff=oddtdtcreator" title="https://www.eventbrite.com/e/1986525580487?aff=oddtdtcreator" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">introductory workshops</a> (on every morning at 10am from 28-30 April) centring on the movement from intention to action. Building on <a href="https://wearecomotion.com/insight/the-5p-framework/" title="https://wearecomotion.com/insight/the-5p-framework/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Comotion’s 5Ps Framework</a>, it explores how purpose is operationalised across day-to-day decisions, systems, and ways of working.Guided by <a href="https://wearecomotion.com" title="https://wearecomotion.com" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Comotion</a> Founder Rachel Firth and Associate Director of Communications Molly Karp, participants will examine how values show up in practice: where they hold, where they drift, and what gets in the way. Through structured reflection and applied exercises, the session creates space to interrogate the gap between what organisations say they stand for and how that is experienced internally and externally.The session focuses on practical alignment — strengthening the connection between purpose and practice in ways that are sustainable, accountable, and context-responsive. Participants will leave with clear, tailored actions to embed purpose more consistently within their work.____The <a href="https://wearecomotion.com/insight/the-5p-framework/" title="https://wearecomotion.com/insight/the-5p-framework/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">5P Framework</a> distils what Comotion has learned about how social change (i.e. shifts in the world around us) actually happens, and turns it into a practical tool that helps individuals and organisations move from intent to impact (i.e. wanting to drive change versus playing an active role in it):Purpose: what you stand for and why it mattersPower: the influence you hold and how you can use itPresence: how you show up, speak up and shape the conversationPartnerships: the relationships and networks that can amplify your impactPractice: the everyday actions that turn your intentions into impact
