DEEOIC invites you to a Resource Centers / Authorized Representative Services  Webinar!

The Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs, Division of Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation (DEEOIC) invites you to a webinar discussion on Resource Center Responsibilities and Authorized Representative Services. This is your opportunity to hear from representatives at DEEOIC and the Office of the Solicitor. They will discuss the roles of the Resource Center and Authorized Representatives in the claims adjudication process under the EEOICPA. The webinar will conclude with answers to your questions. Survivors of qualified workers may also be entitled to benefits. Covered illnesses include radiation-induced cancer, chronic beryllium disease, beryllium sensitivity, chronic silicosis, or any illness due to exposure to toxic substances.We will be conducting the webinar using WebEx.
