Join us at Blind Tiger Guest House for a fun evening event. Our host Stacey Ryan will walk us through the steps to create our own decoupage shells. You will be able to create multiple decorated clam and oyster shells. Stacey will have a variety of different designs for you to choose from and will provide all the supplies needed for every detail.
