Deconstructing Desire

Deconstructing Desire

Online event
Overview

Examining how unconscious associations organize desire, attraction, and psychological attachment.

We rarely desire the object itself. More often, we desire the meaning we have attached to it

Desire does not develop in isolation. Throughout life, we attach meaning to people, places, experiences, identities, and objects. Over time, these associations begin to organize what we find compelling, what we pursue, and what we struggle to release. This webinar examines the psychological mechanisms through which desire is formed, with an emphasis on projection, unconscious association, identity, and emotional attachment.

The webinar will be conducted live via Zoom and recorded for future viewing. Every registered participant will receive complimentary access to the recording, regardless of whether they attend the live session. Those who are unable to join live are encouraged to register in advance to ensure access. Following the event, the recorded webinar will be available for separate purchase to individuals who did not register prior to the live presentation.
