No, you do not have to be experienced. We accept beginners and advanced participants.

Will food be provided?

Light bites will be provided during the event as well as fresh squeezed juice and water.

What kind of clothes do i wear?

We highly recommend wearing comfortable clothing (I.e. Tights, Shorts, Ath-leisure wear)

Can kids come?

Unfortunately, no. This event is only for individuals 18 years old and up.
