Looking to make custom decals or vinyl signage? Join us for Intro to Vinyl Cutting where students will learn how to operate our Roland. Take designs from any vector-based software like Inkscape or Illustrator and prepare them in CutStudio Pro for cutting. We will then go over how to “weed” designs and transfer them onto the surface of your choice.

Basic knowledge of software like Inkscape and Illustrator is recommended.

The Fabville Fabrication Laboratory is housed at Somerville High School in a newly designed Engineering classroom which offers a dynamic co-working space comprised of daytime high school classes and afterschool programs for students and adults. When you arrive at the main entrance of the school, you will be greeted by a door monitor and directed downstairs slightly to the right as you enter. At the bottom of the stairs hang a left and you will have found FabVille.
