No more trying to be mindful alone.The Hive exists to develop creative, compassionate, and mindfully-engaged citizens in the Cincinnati region, and online through small group classes and workshops. We have curated a collective of proven teachers, facilitators, and spiritual directors to help guide your learning in mindfulness, contemplation, art and action. We hope you'll try a class and like it enough to become a regular member. Your partnership helps make this nonprofit possible.(As a social enterprise, the Hive shares our story with photos of classes and events. If you are opposed to sharing your lovely face, let us know and we'll do our best to avoid that. Did you know that how you think about debt (and money in general) can paralyze your thinking mind and hijack your emotions? During this interactive class, we will explore the topic of debt. As we uncover our individual and communal stories around debt, we learn to acknowledge our current situation, feel the underlying emotions that may be keeping us stuck and develop new strategies to foster an abundance mindset. Join Liz Kitchell and Chris McLaren to learn strategies to help process the emotions, and the internal struggle surrounding those emotions, that may have caused debt. Step into radical self-acceptance and forgiveness so you can move out of debt and live your ideal life.
 
Liz Kitchell has worked in the financial industry over 25 years, as an advisor, top-rated trainer and coach of financial professionals. She has worked with people from all walks of life, helping them forge their own unique paths to relieve financial stress and actualize fulfilling financial goals.Her unique talent is uncovering the emotions and stories behind the money. She has helped many individuals uncover their own stories to bring a new level of clarity to business and life goals.
Chris McLaren is the founder of Conscious Life Planning and Divine Energy Works. He is a Certified Financial Planner(R) with over 25 years experience helping individuals, families and businesses. As a Certified Enneagram Teacher and Trainer, Chris helps people to better understand themselves and others. In 2012 he began helping people to heal and feel better through Qigong and other energy medicine techniques. In 2017, Chris became a Registered Yoga Teacher(R).
