Inyo Associates is holding a reception and dinner on April 15th from 5-8 pm, hosted by the Death Valley Natural History Association at Stovepipe Wells. Hope you can join us!

After the dinner, there will be a park update by Death Valley National Park staff. Stay tuned for further additions to the agenda.

Cost: $55 + Eventbrite Ticket Fee

Menu:

Ribeye Steak, House Salad, Veggies, Potatoes, Rolls, and Dessert.

A vegetarian option is also available.

FAQs

Are reservations required? Yes. Space is limited. Each participant must make a separate purchase.

Do we have a room block reserved? No, but you can contact Stovepipe Wells directly at 760-786-7090.

When is the last day to purchase a ticket? Tickets must be purchased in advance to attend the event. The last day to purchase tickets is April 14th. Space is limited and we need to put in our order with the venue ahead of time.

Do I need to pay the park entrance fee? Yes, you are responsible for paying the park entrance fee.

Do I need to bring my ticket? Yes.

What is the refund policy? If we cancel the program, participants will automatically get a full refund including the Eventbrite ticketing fee.

If a participant needs to cancel, the fee can be refunded up to 7 days before the event start date, but, as per Eventbrite Policy, the ticketing fee is non-refundable. Participants themselves can complete self-service cancellations through the Eventbrite website.

*Within 7 days of the beginning of the program, a refund of the fee is only available if the ticket is resold.
