For this experience we are going to get deceptively sophisticated while staying extremely simple. This class gets to the bottom of booze and bubbles with a deep dive into the origins and variations on two of the most iconic drinks you can make: The Highball and the Gin & Tonic. While essentially two ingredient drinks both of these classics have tons of ways to put your unique tweak on the standard recipe. We will feature our newest release of our Hopped Whiskey as well as our Peppercorn Gin. Different types of tonics and sparkling waters will be highlighted as well as a host of different garnishes. This will allow you to see first hand how small choices can have a huge impact on the outcome.
