How to manage apathy within the group and ensure that it doesn’t spread around the group
How to notice conflict and deal with it effectively without it escalating
How to motivate the group
What can you control? How can you control it?
We provide relevant theories, pracitcal support and transfer the learning so that participants can effectively use what they learn back in their workplace.
