Includes an explanation of intestate succession for both the single and married, community and separate property issues, how children effect intestate succession, when the law changed on intestate succession, how changes still effect inheritance years later, the 5 most common types of probate, the difference between a dependent and independent executor or administrator, and closing with executors and administrators. The course goes further and deals with common inheritance issues like claims against heirs, minors in title, claims against the estate, and the Medicaid Estate Recovery Program.
