2020 - the year racism was fully outed in America and catalyzed the whole world. We as a global community can not hide from the realities of racism anymore and are charged with doing the work to heal implicit bias in profound ways to enter the next paradigm of humanity. In this 4 week workshop- we explore that racist programming exists in every single one of us, is a form of trauma, how to address it without shame or guilt to face it, reveal it, and heal it in a brave space with people doing this work in real ways.Each week will feature a guest and or a video and articles to review for the session and each session is power-packed with information, resources, with a potential for deep healing. Our schedule is as follows...Week 1 - What is racist programming and how did I get programmed?Week 2- Now that I recognize my racist programming in my self in others, how do I address it constructively and effectively. Week 3- How to address racist programming as inter generational traumaWeek 4- How can I be of service to my community and important de-escalation techniques for when someones racist programming is harming others. You can undo racist programming- the question is, do you have the willingness to be willing and if not, help us heal the world by sharing this event with one of your friends doing the work to deprogram their racist programming. This will be an online event accessible to our global community. Space limited to 25 people.Cost $25... no one turned away for lack of funds- please let one of the hosts know of your situation and we will make arrangements for you to be there.
