About this event
Rook Hooks is the founder and Executive Director of West Coast Care Foundation. Ron has more than 20 years of experience working with the homeless. He was the Executive Director of Providence House, an inner city rehabilitation center in San Francisco's Tenderloin District for 10 years. He also served as an Adjunct Professor at Patten University in Oakland, CA. Ron is an ordained bishop with a Doctor of Philosophy in Counseling Psychology and a Master of Arts in Biblical Studies.
