Gryphon Place's mission is to make connections to resources, nurture healing and resiliency, and promote restorative justice for people in conflict and crisis.

Gryphon Place

This training equips participants with the knowledge and practical skills to recognize early signs of conflict, manage emotions (their own and others’), and apply effective de-escalation techniques to prevent violence or disruption. It promotes safety, empathy, and communication across all environments—schools, workplaces, and communities. *Please note this session is free to Kalamazoo City residents and organizations.
