If you're a writer navigating the often arduous experience of publishing, this event is for you.
Join us for a special lunch edition of A&A Q&A (agent & author question & answer), a series to provide writers with opportunities to hear from experienced folks on different facets of the publishing world.
This Thursday, May 16th from 1:30 - 3pm featuring debut author and founder of Brown Girl Therapy, Sahaj Kaur Kohli.
Sahaj is the founder of Brown Girl Therapy (@BrownGirlTherapy), the first and largest mental health and wellness community organization for adult children of immigrants; a licensed therapist; and a columnist for the Washington Post's advice column "Ask Sahaj."
Following this event, Sahaj will be speaking at Politics and Prose in Union Market at 7pm. Details here: https://www.politics-prose.com/sahaj-kohli
We'll start with a light late lunch, our guest speaker will give a brief talk, then we'll follow that with a Q&A discussion and mingling.

Based in Dupont, the DC Writers' Salon is a studio and community for writers. The Salon helps us make space and time for what we love to do: write. But more than that, it invites us to engage with the otherwise solo, and sometimes grueling, process of writing in a way that's more connected and accountable. Learn more at DCWritersSalon.com.
