Senator Justin Wayne is a representative from the13th Legislative District and elected to officein 2016. He is the current chairperson for the Urban Affairs Committee and his committee is responsible for state and local building codes, Building Construction Act, electrical, fire, and plumbing codes, Tax Increment Financing, as well as Housing Authorities, Annexation and zoning, and planning as well as host of other topics. Senator Wayne will also speak to bills that that have been proposed or introduced during this years session, including the Property Tax Relief bill.
