Frequently asked questions

Where should I park?

Parking will be available at Grace United Methodist Church located at 1001 Harvard Blvd. Street parking throughout the neighborhood is also available.

Will there be a bathroom available?

Grace United Methodist Church will be open for tour-goers to use their facilities. Bathrooms in the Indvidual homes on the tour will NOT be available for use. Please consider using the restroom prior to starting the tour.

Can I show up at a different time than is on my ticket?

No, and we ask that you please show up 10-15 minutes before the start time on your ticket. This gives you time to check in and keep the tours going smoothly and on schedule. We have a cap for the number of people able to attend each tour and going over this number may affect the overall experience.

Where do I check in?

Check in will be located at the Pump House on Harvard Blvd. This is a local landmark located on the corner of Harvard and Salem avenue next to the church. It is also searchable via google maps for exact directions, but it will be very easy to find.

How long is the tour?

The tour will probably take around 2 hours to complete. Please be prepared by wearing comfortable shoes and using the restroom before the tour begins.

Will there be food and drinks on the tour?

No. We ask that you do not bring food with you unless medically necessary, but you may bring a water bottle with you.

What if it rains?

This is a rain or shine event, so we recommend you check the weather before arriving and dress appropriately/bring an umbrella if it looks like rain is in the forecast.
