This event will be wide open, with facilitated conversations opening and closing the day.

Optional guided meditations, reflective writing, and gentle movement are available.

Spend time on the land with the Life Journey Program, or find a lovely spot in the Nancy Nelson Lake House for stillness. The day is yours to explore silence in your favorite way.

Expect to leave refreshed, rested and reset. Give yourself time to let your soul catch up and breathe.
