Date Night with a Doula

Come join us for a fun and informative evening! Date Night with a Doula is the perfect opportunity for expecting parents to learn more about labor and delivery and to create a unique and personalized birth plan. Enjoy a relaxed atmosphere where you can ask questions, connect with other parents-to-be, and learn valuable information!

A concise, one-page birth plan will be emailed to you shortly after the event that you can take with you to the hospital and share with your healthcare provider.

Please bring one laptop or tablet per couple. Light refreshments will be provided.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to bring my partner?

No, you don't have to, but it would be beneficial for both of you to attend so that you can both have any questions answered and you'll be on the same page as you approach the upcoming delivery!

Can I bring my other children?

No. This is an adults only event. While I love children dearly, having them present during this event would be a distraction for you, as well as the others in attendance.

Do I have to know ahead of time what kind of birth I want to have?

Nope! There are so many tools and options available to you and we will discuss ALL of them! I'll explain the risks, benefits, and research concerning various choices you will have, but I encourage you to ask questions and consider all the options before making any decisions.
