Do I need any boxing experience?

No boxing experience is required! We'll set you up with the tools for success in boxing.

Do I need to bring anything?

Wraps and gloves will be provided! You may also bring your own. Please wear athletic clothing and close-toed shoes. We recommend bringing a water bottle as well!

There is 1 shower in the Men's restroom and 2 showers in the Women's restroom.
