FAQs
What background do you need to join the workshop?
This workshop is meant to be valuable for anyone who has used formulas and created charts using any spreadsheet software like MS Excel or Google Sheets. No specialized skillset needed.
What do I need to bring?
Users will need to bring laptops pre-installed with updated versions of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Although the Windows operating system is preferred, participants using Mac will also be able to follow the workshop topics.
I don't have Paypal! Is there another way I can buy a ticket?
We accept bank transfers upon request. E-mail us at events@thinkingmachin.es so we can provide you with our bank account details. After that, you'll need to email us your deposit slip to confirm your purchase.
Can I get a discount if I buy more than one ticket?
We offer a 10% discount for groups bigger than 10. If you’re a large group of more than 20, we recommend a private workshop instead. E-mail us for more information about that.
What is the refund policy?
Early Bird Tickets are non-refundable.
Refund policy for Standard Tickets:

100% refund more than 7 days before the event

50% refund more than 3 but less than 7 days before the event

No refund if canceled less than 3 days before the event

The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
If you're transferring your ticket to someone else, please do so in advance. You can visit your Eventbrite ticket order and update the name of the attendee anytime before the event begins.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
Free parking is available in the building but on a very limited basis. Otherwise, there are paid parking areas at the Fort Strip and Bonifacio High Street nearby.
Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Yes, tickets are transferrable. Just update your Eventbrite ticket order with the name of the new attendee anytime before the event begins. Read more about how to do that here.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No need to print your ticket. You can show us your Eventbrite confirmation order on your mobile phone.
