​We firmly believe that encouragement and early education in STEM is an ideal platform to develop a girl’s communication, collaboration, creativity, and critical-thinking abilities, which are important in building an informed and balanced society.  These abilities can help girls -whether or not they pursue careers in science, technology, engineering, and math– acquire skills to confront real-world problems, examine issues, and apply knowledge to search for solutions.​All Girls STEM Society, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, strives to inspire and excite girls to begin to pursue STEM, through various free events and workshops that involve STEM projects in a fun and hands-on environment.

Have you ever wondered what the most popular candy in America is? Or exactly how many Californians have pets? If you are interested in combining math, graphing, and data analysis to come up with real-world solutions to different problems, then join us for the Data Science Workshop! We will look into the true definition of data science, recognize examples in our very own lives, and explore Simpson’s Paradox. Get excited to run mini-projects with your friends while winning prizes! No prior experience or laptops are required.For girls grades 3-8.
