时空仿真分析系列讲座由哈佛大学地理分析中心、武汉大学社会科学地理计算中心、中国数据研究所和未来数据实验室共同主办。该讲座是空间数据实验室（Spatial Data Lab）联合项目的重要组成部分，该项目旨在推动新一代空间数据分析方法和技术开发、空间数据共享、以及时空创新领域的应用研究，包括人口、经济、环境、健康等应用领域的合作研究。本次网络讲座系列将讨论以下主题：（1）工作流驱动的时空仿真分析； （2）时空仿真分析工作流软件工具； (3) 基于工作流的时空仿真分析案例研究，包括远程医疗服务与可行性评估、城市就业与居住空间分布模拟、位置分配和交通模拟； (4) 基于工作流的期刊论文出版。 本次讲座 对公众免费开放。
