SoftStack Factory is a San Diego-based non-profit, specializing in addressing the technology skills gap through a part-time bootcamp. Our programs are designed to train adults from all backgrounds in the skills needed to meet the high demand jobs of the digital economy.

Come find out why data science has been the fastest-growing field three years in a row. Learn more about the different roles in data science and why python is the number one programming language used in the data science process. After covering the industry at large, we will dive into different data science and machine learning techniques and tools. Participants will then build a model and see if you would have survived the Titanic.  Enjoy a Pizza and Networking meetup followed by a Data Science Workshop!

If you want to participate in building a model please bring your own laptop.
